"The cap on the top of the chimney was concrete and had cracked in several places over its 45 year life. In addition, the top several layers of brick became loose as the mortar deteriorated. The project we agreed on was to rebuild the top with same bricks and high performance mortar. Spent the time to review the job and prepare and estimate. When we decided to do the work, he came with a crew as scheduled and completed the work. Very impressed with his communication style, we always knew where the project schedule stood. "They repaired or rebuilt our brick walks, patios, front steps, and retaining walls. They did very nice work on the brick walk, patios and a good job of rebuilding the retaining walls. He also did some repair work on our chimney. Their estimates were very low, but we asked for some additional work and in some cases, like our front steps, ask them to completely replace rather than repair them. While the final bill was higher than their estimate, it was still very reasonable for the amount of work that they did. As with any complex construction task, there are many decisions to be made along the way, so you need to work with them on a daily basis."

"The project consisted of the removal of a small wooden deck and installation of a larger patio 300 SF with pavers. Craig provided us with an estimate of the project in mid April. The estimate was very thorough and the price very reasonable. We had gotten at least two other estimates as a basis for comparison. He described the project in sufficient detail to leave no uncertainties. We really appreciated he and his team prioritizing our work and being able to start the project sooner than expected. His team completed the project in two days and their work was outstanding. My husband and I observed the workers and their attention to detail. The patio turned out beautifully. We are very pleased. Only one very minor disappointment encountered when making the final payment. Craig had not recalled correctly the price associated with a small modification made to our plans. Once we reviewed the original estimates and quotes, it all ended well. However, I would have expected that this last minute scramble could have been avoided. Very pleased with the workmanship, quality of work and the reasonableness of the price."
