He also did some repair work on our chimney. Their estimates were very low, but we asked for some additional work and in some cases, like our front steps, ask them to completely replace rather than repair them. While the final bill was higher than their estimate, it was still very reasonable for the amount of work that they did. As with any complex construction task, there are many decisions to be made along the way, so you need to work with them on a daily basis."

Only one very minor disappointment encountered when making the final payment. Craig had not recalled correctly the price associated with a small modification made to our plans. Once we reviewed the original estimates and quotes, it all ended well. However, I would have expected that this last minute scramble could have been avoided. Very pleased with the workmanship, quality of work and the reasonableness of the price."
